We are a fully remote company and consider applicants worldwide. Some roles list preferred time zones for coverage; the listing will say so if it matters.
No. We care about what you can operate, build, and debug. Practical experience, homelabs, and open-source work all count.
Most candidates go from application to final decision in one to two weeks. You can watch your status change in real time from your dashboard.
Yes, apply to any roles that fit. Each application is reviewed on its own, and one application per role is enough.
Only for infrastructure roles, and it is rotated and compensated. The job listing will state on-call expectations explicitly.
Your profile and resume are only visible to the Lumix hiring team, and you can request deletion at any time by contacting careers@lumixsolutions.org.
We hire at 16 for select cases and 17 for higher positions. Some roles may have additional age requirements depending on local labor laws.
